Christmas Show Uniform

As promised, we have a detailed lists and images to help you get organised for our first Christmas Show, A Christmas Spectacular, coming next month Sunday December 16th.

In less than 2 weeks wee will be hosting a 'Dress Rehearsal' week, during all classes, to ensure all pupils participating in the show have the correct uniform items to wear on show day. All pupils performing MUST come to class at least once during this week wearing full uniform as described below. This includes all shoes, hair, and accessories.

Dress Rehearsal week will run Monday the 16th of November till Saturday the 21st.

Please read through all imagery below relevant to your dancer(s) age group and make sure your prepared for rehearsal week, so we can get excited about show day.

Baby and Preschool

Uniform as above - skirted TDC Leotard, white frilly socks and all appropriate foot wear!

Both Baby and Preschool classes on Saturdays must have pink ballet shoes and matte black tap shoes.

Baby Hip-hop class must have black jazz shoes.

Hair can be however you like as long as its neat and tied away from faces. Glitter can be worn if you wish.

Christmas Accessories are encouraged!! Tinsel up that hair.

Junior

Uniform as above - Black Leotard plain in any shape/style or TDC branded, no sparkle or gems. Black footless tights with white frilly socks and all appropriate foot wear! Shorts are optional, again must be plain black.

All these items can be sourced from any dancewear brands or simply amazon.

Please see below a reminder of the appropriate footwear for each junior class;

Black jazz shoes - Jazz, cheer, musical theatre, hip-hop and commercial.

Matte black tap shoes - Tap.

Pink ballet shoes - Ballet.

Please note - Acro dance and Lyrical do not require footwear or socks.

Hair can be however you like as long as its neat and tied away from faces. Glitter and makeup can be worn if you wish.

Intermediate and Senior

Uniform as above - Black Leotard plain in any shape/style or TDC branded, no sparkle or gems. Black footless tights with bare feet and all appropriate foot wear! Shorts are optional, again must be plain black.

Black and white Trainers - hip-hop and commercial. (please check with teachers if unsure, try keep clean as possible and do not buy new just for dance)

HipHop and Commercial

For intermediate and senior HipHop and Commercial, dancers must have loose wear such as black joggers and a TDC T-shirt or 'Christmas Spectacular' show T-shirt to wear during the show. These can also be worn as warm up attire.

Warm up Attire

Performers are encouraged to bring a TDC T-shirt or 'Christmas Spectacular' show T-shirt to wear for warm up and finale of the show. this can be paired with loose-wear on the bottom, over their leotard and footless tights if you wish.

Please note we have not included Boys as we do not believe they require further information. Please let us know if you have any questions.
